You need to add a setup, and then select desktop printer, and you will see your epson 2200, that way you wil be able to contour cut. A question for you, I have an epson 2200 witn CIS but it doesnt want to print, I unclugged it and it printed like 2 pages and it wont print again, what do you suggest, what kind of inks do you use?

Hi, I hope that some one can help me, I have a small bussines in Tijuana Mexico, I know how to print and contour cut in flexi, but I need to print in another bussines because I don't own a large format printer, my question is how to prepare my design to send it to the large format printshop, and after it gets printed bring it home to get it cut? how can I prepare the design with the registration marks ? I need to give my design in Jpg to the printshop .

I checked the voltage in my working plotter that goes to the carriage to move the blade up or down with a multimeter, and it marks +3.5V to be up and -3.5V to be down, the machine that does not work, marks nothing, like no voltage is going to the carriage, that carriage I tryed it in my working machine and it worked well, so I'm thinking may be is the motherboard, The plotter moves sideways and back and forward normally. any suggestions? thank you.

I Have an mh 721 The blade holder wont move up or down, not even if I press the test cut or the origin button, I remove the carrige from the plotter and installed it on an other plotter that I have an mh 1351, and worked fine in that one, I cheked The cables That go from the carrige to The motherboard and they appear to be well soldered and complete, What do you suggest I do, I need this plotter because this one is the one I use for my shop office, the other one is on the location where I wrap Cars, any help will be appreciated.
