  1. Does anyone know what driver the Refine MH365 uses inSigncut. The drop down menu doesn't list the MH365 as an option. I have tried all the other Refine options and none of them give me a vinyl size of 12 inches, which is what my machine is. Thank you for your information!
  2. I have a new (1 week old) Refine 721, I am using Inkscape and SIgncut x2, I have it connected via USB. I have downloaded all the new updated software and drivers. I have had several projects that have cut just fine. Now I am having only jumbled cutting problems. For instance, I cut a line of text and some of the letters will be up to an inch higher than the rest of the text. Or the inside cut of the O an inch off-set from the outside cut. I cannot get anthing to cut correctly. Any suggestions? Now I can't even get the cutter to start to cut anything. So no wrong cutting, no cutting at all! Help, I really need this to work. I have several orders due. Thank you
  3. Hello, I am new in the sign business. I have the Refine 721, which I have had for only a few days. I am using SignCut X2 with Inkscape for design. I have it connected with USB. First question is: Is the Refine 721 a 90 degree or a 0 degree rotation? Second question is: I have lettering that in Inkscape is 22 inches long. After importing to Signcut it is 22 inches long. After cutting it is measuring 24 inches. Another example: Cutting a 6.5 inch word. Twice it cut at 6.5 inches, once it cut at 7 inches. I feel that there should be more precision than this. Any thoughts or sugestions? Thanks for all your help!

Hello, I am just starting in the sign business. I am working with inkscape and have been trying to find out if there is a way to BOLD the text. I have found how to italicize, but seems like there should be a way to make the text bolder and more prominant. I have tried to search for something but have been unsuccessful. I am hoping that someone might have a suggestion. Thank you in advance!
