Thanks guys, im going to keep them on 1 sheet, he wants 15x10 so that works for me. I will round the corners to help keep from pulling and i think im going to use the 85lb to hold well but not damage anything. Thank you all for the advice.

i think my issue was speed... iw asnt able to slow the p-cut down enough to cut the designs i was doing... most of my decals have been small fonts, not being able to slow it below 50 on the cut speed i think has been killing me... i ordered the older firmware chip and will be replacing it this week hoping that solves some issues

stayed on hold 10 min. and left a msg, i was hoping to just call in and get it handled... there was only 1 call ahead of me but now i wait for a returned call, email, pm anything... I have orders i need to fill and this would make my life a lot easier... Anyone whos done this, how hard is it to swap that chip out? is it easy or hard or what?

Howard, Do you still have these chips available? how hard are they to swap out because i have the SAME EXACT PROBLEM and every time i call they tell me its ME not the machine... its not closing cuts, edges are sloppy. I have a friend with an older one and she can cut the same exact file on the same vinyl and it works perfect. I dont know how to tell what version of the chip i have but mine also only goes down to 50 which ive been told is perfectly normal but seems WAY to fast still.... please let me know if you still have these

no, ive just been playing with settings still... im still very new at all of this so i didnt know if it was me or the machine?

what vinyl were you using and pressure? Mine cuts really poorly on text and no matter what i do i cant get it to cut decently, cut lines dont match up, cuts dont touch (making me have to hand cut) and on small characters like " . " or " i "s the dots dont cut 50% of the time... its frustrating.
