  1. 2tone mate, u said it yourself

The rules states that you are ONLY allowed 2 entries.

and the rules state that correct and technically there are only two designs. dont you think that the powers that be (mods  etc.) that selected the top five would have gone over all entries to make shore that they all followed the rules .it doesn't state that it can not be shown in different fabric colours which is mader did. so there is no  "unfair advantage " here at all

  2. My wife and I put a new program on to speed up our computer and since then Flexi has been crashing. I can open up Flexi and production manager separately, but when I go to cut something through Flexi, I am getting continual production manager time out messages come up.

I have reinstalled Flexi four times, reg cleaned once, uninstalled firewall and antivirus, and have removed the new program, but still having the same issue. I have also done a restore to before I installed the new program and Flexi is still giving the same error once I restored. I have put the Flexi settings back to default preferences, as suggested in an earlier post, but still nothing.

Since then I have taken the restore point off again (as it hadn't made any difference) and am trying to pull out my hair (but I'm already bald!) and have no idea what else to try! Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,

    Pete

  4. [quote aI'm hear to help as much as I can, but mostly learn from guys on here with years upon years experience. If I can help I will. I will continue to be on this forum.

I'm just glad we still have people on here that do care about others and not solely on themselves.

+1 on that statement . thats why this forum is on , from the time i get up to the time i got to bed.

  5. great to see that you have finally had an outcome to this problem mader. from the way this thread was going sometimes i didn't know which way was up and i think people tried to help but hijacked the thread to have a shot at uscutter . as a outsider who has never dealt with uscutter on a personal level (cause im not in the states). it sounds and look from this post , that uscutter even though they couldn't fix the problem as it was a unique to you . they still were willing to support you the customer.

i wished i had the support like that when i first brought my cutter. all i got was here is you p-cut 1200 that will be $2,000 Australian.when is asked about support they said and i quote" now piss off and support we dont do that cause it ALWAYS user error ,not our machine."

so mader im glad you brought this up so i can base other companies by uscutter standards.

  6. hey paulzeee ,

don't know whether this will help at all but ive attached the pic of my p-cut 1200 stand and maybe this will shed some light on things. and dont worry i spent an hour and a half just trying to put the stand together when i first got mine and it took a gentle persuasion to get it to fit (if you get my drift ) so im not surprised to here that your having probs
