    I'll second the excellent customer service. I too had a similar problem as the original poster and US Cutter offered to support an upgrade to the Roland GX 24 I was thinking about doing anyway. US Cutter went above and beyond supporting this upgrade. This is some of the best customer service I've experienced in any company no matter what they are selling. They have my business.
