Ok, I am trying to scale an 07 Kia Sportage in illustrator. It will not allow me to scale correctly. It tells me parts will fall outside the drawing area. Can I increase the drawing area or is there a different to get this to scale correctly?? Thanks! Mark

If you are wanting to put an outline on your text. Select your text. Go to Object/Path/Offset Path. Once you have your desired thickness, you can ungroup and delete original text leaving you a thicker font. Keep in mind that this will take away all text edit. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the information.

I am pretty new to inkscape. I have used Corel now for about 9 years and know it pretty well. I was wondering if you can make outlines or contours in inkscape without using a stroke. I have been looking for a while and just cannot figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Scarby

If you make a copy of the design and pull down from the top center point, it will make an upside down copy of the design. The use the transparency tool to fade out the bottom portion of the duplicate. Hope this helps! Scarby

OK, I have worked with Corel for 10 years. I am currently working on X3. Now all of sudden, any time I move an object on my page it auto duplicates it multiple times. I am not sure what causes this or how to stop it from doing it. Any help with this is appreciated. Scarby

Does anyone know the name of this font. I really like the bold stroke and letter style. It is similar to Bauhaus, but not quite right. Any help is appreciated. Scarby

Pricing for this application would depend on your shop rate for installation. If we are talking just cast vinyl and no reflective, we would be around $350 per car. This price is taking into consideration that we will be getting 10 of them and our time on install will be shorter after the first few cars. Hope this helps. scarby

We have the Big Squeegee. All I can say is LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! We use a brand called Solvex from fellers. It is a calendered overlaminate with a UV guard. It seems to work pretty well. We will also use the 3M 2 mil. version if we need an overlam with workability. Hope this helps.

Not sure what type of software you are using, but most will have a reduce nodes section. I will almost always reduce nodes on the initial clean up. The less nodes you have the better the artwork will be.

It also resembles Zapfino. Myfonts.com has this one as well for purchase.

just a thought...not sure if this is your case, but I have seen .eps imports come in with points not connected. This will hinder your weld applications.
