  1. so i tighten the belt and still the same. changing the direction of cutting just moves the position around. the end and beginning cuts are always off. this other guy has the same issue as me LOL somebody must know an answer. i ordered a new cutting head so we will see if that fixes it. also, does anybody know if having a cut up cutting strip could cause this?
  2. the square was maybe 1" x .5" not that big
  3. so i checked the tighness of the belts and head and all are tight. i fixed the bunching of paper and when i do the test now it looks fine. could a cut up cutting strip cause these type of issues?
  4. well tried all the stuff mentioned and nothing seems to help. even the people at uscutter are unsure LOL here are some more pics. also to note, when doing the self test when cutting the huge circle the paper started to bunch up as seen in the pic. http://lh4.ggpht.com/_wdu0CNqB-8E/Snn1IAkuLiI/AAAAAAAAOdY/RzaL2dUDcm4/s800/pcut2.jpg[/img] http://lh3.ggpht.com/_wdu0CNqB-8E/Snn1IhRnsyI/AAAAAAAAOdg/y8Dc6O4is0M/s800/pcut3.jpg[/img]
  5. yes, it has plenty of vinyl pre pulled. also the carriage head is firm on the track, blade depth is set correct. i am using Signblazer but also downloaded Signcut x2 and both programs do this. messing with the offset didnt help either as shown in that second pic. the cutting strip is flat tool LOL
  6. i have tried all the normal adjustments and nothing seems to fix it. the end cut does not finish, it always rounds off. see pic. and when i mess with the offset, you can see here that its not whats causing the issue. that one start stop point always seems to have a issue. any ideas?

  9. so i am borrowing a cutter and i think the cutting blade is sticking out to far. you guys recommend 1/2 a CC but mine seems to be set at 3 1/2 depth. i looked up the owners manual with the printer and it shows a different blade holder. any ideas on how to adjust this? only the bottom part where the blade comes out unscrews and does have a oring on it. is this the depth adjuster? Thanks guys (oh, and i did search, but didnt see what i was looking for)
