    when I try to cut a sample picture it states: "Sending output to cutter" (unit in ONLINE mode) the head moves to the far left and hits the red button and freezes up My set-up: windows xp connected thru USB port Cutter: USCUTTER LaserPoint Output Device: Blazer.com4 - USB Serial port Baud rate: 9600 data bits: 8 parity: none stop bits:1 Flow control: hardware signblazer software any help?
