returned plotter and bought a used Roland Camm- GX-24 .....Still having the same issues please see post in the Roland section.

Using the USB port. GCC sent me the driver for the plotter However under printers and devices it shows Jaguar ii-61 and then it shows and Unspecified item. When I shut off the cutter the Unspecified Item goes away but there is a printer Jaguar ii-61. If I could just merge the 2 I think it would work. I tried going into the Unspecified Item and putting in the driver link and still come up with nothing. I probably spent at least a good 7 hours trying to get this thing to work. Seems like im almost there but im seriously thinking about returning it and buying something that has the drivers with it. I would like to do some "Office Space" stuff to it now but im sure the previous owner wouldnt like that.

Now it seems like I need to fix the driver issue. The Roland PNC Driver didnt work.

Thanks I got this part working now. Im able to locate the cutter name. WOOOHOOO Im getting somewhere. But not cutting yet. I think it is bc of the drivers so lets try this Roland PNC Driver and see if that works. Appreciate everyone's help so far.

The SB program I have is for the USCutter only. I found a post about the "all cuter version" but it seems to be all outdated and links are not working. Any links that are valid?

Would you guys know of any cutting software for this plotter. I got GCC to send me a driver but I got an error when trying to run the driver.

I have some iron on decals that I made for a customer. Im using "Fibron Heat Transfer Vinyl" and it has the clear transfer tape on it already. After I weed them the clear has the stickiness that would be exposed. If I stack them they will stick to each other. Question I have is how are you shipping them or how would you suggest to ship them?

decals range any where from 6-10 inches in length but the ones I made for this particular decal is about 3 inches wide. Customer is wanting to iron on themselves. didnt think of parchment or wax paper. Thanks will give that a try

I slowed down the cutting speed and its a lil bit better. I will have to deal with it til March when I attend the ISA show in Orlando. will be looking to upgrade then.

It seems like this is starting to get worse and worse with my cutter. I put new blades in the blade holder and same results. I even purchased a new blade holder however I got the same results. Cutting on Oracal 651 vinyl. My straight lines are perfectly fine however the diagonal lines are very choppy and jagged.

well. choppy lines are back. Running out of ideas.

Ok I changed out the O-Rings and I still had the same issues. I just tonight tighten the belt that pulls the blade from left to right and I fixed the problem. There is a bolt underneath the end cap (end cap that has the power switch) that you can tighten or loosen to make the belt looser or tighter. The belt was loose but not that loose. I tighten it up a few turns until it got somewhat tight. has a lil play it it but it is fixed and Im so happy again.

Do you know what O Rings you bought for them. I had a few here from left overs from car stuff and they were a lil to thick.

I think I will go ahead an switch out the o-rings. Just seems weird that it would do it on diagonal cuts and not my straight line cuts.

I use a USB connection. I use this for business use and it sucks b/c I dont like giving my customers this crap.

Has anyone used LLumar window film for tinting head lights and tail lights? If not which brand of tint are you using?

I have some of that material already. I think that is the same as "oil slick" or "metal Sheen" The first link is more of what im looking for.

Im looking for some vinyl that has that chrome look to it but they are in colors. Its not a metallic. It looks just like the mirror chrome but in colors such as Purple, Pink, Teal and so on. Thanks for your help.

thanks. what I meant as metallic is the the type with the flakes or sparkles in it. appreciate the help. Any feedback on that particular vinyl? good or bad?

Well Ebay is handling it now. I figured since some of you guys that have downloaded this and will be using this image as well for customers. But since I made changes to the decal I wouldnt be violating any copyright issues correct?
