    FC7000-100 use on a iMac

Good to know. I've never had to use their tech support, although I got the 90 free phone support thing when I bought my cutter. But their customer service had been top notch.

height and width and price help please

Baseball jersey numbers are typically 2" in front, 6" back for youth and 4" and 8" for adult. Names are 2" tall in the back. Most local shops (not sign shops, sports shops) around here sell and press vinyl numbers for $2 per number - single or double digits - per shirt ($4 total for front and back). Names are $0.50 per letter.

    Pigment vs Dye Based Ink

Both pigment and dye ink are waterbased ink. Pigment ink is more waterfast on most media making it more water resistent. Dye ink tends to run when it gets wet. Pigment ink is also more resistent to fading and has a longer life cycle. Dye ink is usually more vibrant in color. If you're printing on vinyl, both will require a coated media. T-shirt transfers - pigment is preferred as dye may fade after washing. Mugs - you'll need sublimation - so no on dye or pigment.

    tracking problems??

I think signcut has an option to cut in order (forgot what it's called) so the vinyl doesn't feed back and forth. it might help with tracking.

    Received order

Yeah, the stuff shipped from Woodinville came in 2 days for me, it's the ones coming from Memphis that I'm still waiting on.
  7. I finally got a tracking for the part of my order to be shipped from Memphis after calling USC every morning since last Wednesday. Good thing it's not something I needed right away. Interestingly, I asked USC if the order was being drop shipped from Oracal last week when only part of my order showed up, and I was told no, because I'll get it quicker from their warehouse in Memphis. Somehow, I'm not so sure about that statement.
  8. Or you'd likely be speechless after the first cut on your graphtec!
  9. Yeah, I got the same thing from USC when I tried to find out a tracking the remaining of my order. So, I had to pick up the phone to call and found out it's waiting to be shipped in Memphis.
  10. I put rubber feet on mine. Just a simple $1 pack from Walmart did the trick.

    Epson R1800

If you're using it to make the screen, make sure you're only printing in black and white and you may need to adjust the saturation level higher to make sure the lines are very black to burn a clean screen.

Need help finding wholesale personalizable items

You should be able to get totes wholesale from a T-shirt wholesaler. Tumblers, etc - I'd also try the dollar shop.

    Epson R1800

When you say screen printing, are you using it to print on a transparency to burn the screen? That's the only application that I can think of using an inkjet for screen printing. In that case, you'll only need black ink.
  16. I'm at $1.50-$1.75 each.
  17. Same here.. SW takes like 2-3 days at most.. Most of the time UPS delivers it a day before the tracking says it's supposed to be here.. Not here... UPS out here is bad. My package arrived at the local facility 2 days early from what their tracking said, so they let it sit for 2 days before putting it on a truck!
  18. Download inkscape and you can use the trace feature.
