I cant get the cutter to cut out clean letters.Its kind of sloppy like the blade isnt completing the cut all the way around the letter. i have to kind of rip it out. I use a graphtec at work and we have never had this problem. Can anyone help me??

no i never figured it out. I went ahead and used my home computer . its just a regular hp.

I am using the graphtecusb port when i send the job it says cannot open port im currently using windowsxp but their isnt a driver on the disk for vista or xp do you know where i can get one? i think i might have found one but it will not up load on my pc correctly...please help me!lol im almost wanting to give up.. i really do appreciate all the advice i can get

i have a question for you... im using 8.6 as well i have a mh721 im using the pnc1000,com1,9600 and its on the usb port... when i send the job the "job status" says ready then done.. and nothing happens can you help me please? thanx

I just bought a graphtec and i cant seem to get it to connect to computer every time i send a job it says cannot open port. Can anyone please help me got alot of work to do...=) i was using a US REFINE but i lost the software to that. anyways i guess one problem at a time! thankx Derrick

i have a question on the mh721 i was wondering if you could use it with Flexi 8.5 please let me know if you have any answers.I actually have a seiki 720h and cannot get either one to work with flexi. please help thanx
