whats a good number to set the pressure at for cutting 1.5mm vinyl??

ok ill check that tomorrow. How do i fix with my detailed stickers it pealing up on the corners. I barely have my blade sticking out at all. Is it my speed or something else i dont know about yet??

Ok so if the little guy is standing straight up it will cut down the roll instead of going across. Then if i face him horizontal he should cut across the roll....Correct???

Im just trying to cut a 5"x5" sticker. 4 of them in a row. Im using 24" 3m white vinyl. Im using a copam 24" cutter.

Im kind of pissed. I cant seem to do a couple things with this new software. I have the flexi 8.6 and im pretty new to flexi. I cannot get the machine to cut across the roll instead of into the roll and wasteing all this vinyl. Also how do i set the origin on the machine? But if someone could just let me know how to cut across the roll i would be happy. ALSO having a problem with the vinyl coming up in the corners of the realy detailed stickers?

I have a copam 2500 and im using the flexi software to run it....Well im trying to. All im getting when i try to send down the job is cannot open port??? Im not sure what that means. I change my computer to comm 3 and all of that because im using the USB port. Anyone have any idea whats going on with it. Ive just up graded from icut...a very old software and im not having much luck. Thanks

Thank you very much. I bet that is exactly what it is. Im using CS3. Is there anyway i can save it as a older format just like with AutoCAD?

Yes i do know how to use the import feature. Like i said im not knew to doing this kind of stuff just this program. It just does not make any sense why i cant open any files. Forget trying to cut something with it. At this point i would be happy if i could just get a file to open. but if i cant figure it out by tomorrow im just going to get a version of Flexi and hopefully have better luck with that.

For years i have been using a ZUND plotter machine with a program called icut. Its a very expensive software and i just bought i small copam so i can travel around with it and i cant use my icut software and im forced to use this one. i cant even get any of my files to open. All my file are .AI format which should be fine but i keep getting an error even before i click on it to open and it closes the program.
