Confused

I am having the same problem with my Pcut. I have lubricated the blade, my cutting strip is in great shape and it is on track. I have tried several different cutting pressures and it is still perforating. It only does on cuts from left to right. Do you have any other suggestions? Also, where is a good place to buy parts? I bought a second Pcut, but didn't realize that they were slightly different. I broke the plastic clamp for the blade holder on one and after a couple minutes of cutting, the whole thing slips up and doesn't end up cutting. I was going to exchange it with the head from the other machine, but they are different. Thank you, Jim

When I try to enlarge an image to cut it, I lose quality of it. I end up with jagged lines instead of smooth. How can I change this?
