What driver do I use for an laser Point 48" for flexi ?? anyone know??

I got a USB to serial cable that works, they (signwarehouse) originally said that it was a kingcut and it's really an enduracut+ so it was the wrong drivers to begin with. But I did get it to load the driver and actually make 2 test cuts and then a couple of small cuts and then it stopped working altogether, it won't even register itself. But, I do thank everyone for their help, now I need some advice on what cutter to get.

Ok here I am to try to find more help. I have a Kingcut a-24 I bought from unfortunately another supplier. I have had it for approx. 3 years, used it for 6 months unplugged it and the I was going to get setup about 2 weeks ago BUT,................ for some reason it will not install the cutter. I have tried 3 different computers and I still get nothing. it sees the device but won't load the drivers. It's a usb connection. Does anyone have any ideas or know of why it will not install this cutter. This is extremely frustrating as I want to get back to sign making after being laid up from hip replacement surgery. Joe, I tried a regular straight serial cable and still nothing, still won't recognize the cutter.

Hi all, new to the forum and have a question about a Creation Kingcut a-24. I bought the cutter just about 3 years ago and it worked fine on an XP machine with flexi-7.5. About 6 months into cutting vinyl I unplugged the cutter put it to the side of the office and didn't touch it until about 3 weeks ago when I tried to install it onto a new dell running XP. For some reason the PC will not load the drivers for the cutter. It see the new hardware and asks for the disk etc. but it will not load the driver for some reason and then says your device may not work etc. etc. In device manager I see the device with the yellow question marks next to it. It is a USB cutter and I have tried to set it up but nothing....well except much frustration and a huge headache. Can anyone here please help me or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Yes I have, like I said it will see the device and say new hardware found but can't find the drivers even though I put in the location it doesn't load the driver.

thanks Joe but, I only have usb ports on this tower. do you think a usb to serial cable will work?
