my boy has cut a good bit with it and it worked perfect so he told me to try with it and i some how got it really messed up . He asked me where i changed the settings and i do not remember. I Should have kept my fingers off of it.

everything i cut cuts that size try to reset and it still cuts like that

somehow i programed the cutter and it cuts 3 ft.long by 3 in wide. can not get it to go back to normal. any idea what i did wrong?

I was trying to program the size of the vinyl i wanted to cut and apparently i got into the wrong size measurements. the cutter worked fine until i messed up. the vinyl is now going about 5 feet thru the cutter and the letters are cutting long and thin. I can not get it to quit cutting on this size. can someone tell me how to get the cutter re programed . ! definetly punched the wrong inches in some where . Thanks

signqueen i am having the same problem with my 721 and it is only a few weeks old. VERY FRUSTRATED. Was cutting graphics for a race car when it quit half way thru the process. That is one customer that will never be back.

Cutter is 3 weeks old. Half way thru cutting vinyl the cutter quit. At the cutting style stage it says NOT RERSPONDING. It freezes the computer and you have to shut it down completely. Tried restarting and it still does not respond. ANY IDEA WHAT IS WRONG?

No it is not a trick question . I am not the best on a pc. I am OLD SCHOOL and i do mean old school. Getting up there in age. I do want to thank all of you for your help. We will try to figure this equipment out.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of lap top would work with the cutter MH721? Thanks Turk.
