Staying in the same subject, I believe I've confessed that I can draw even a circle, but my father-in-law is an excellent painter, watercolors, oils and what have you. Once I got the idea of asking him to draw some stuff for me, but I gave up, he's so detailed as well as his drawings, and I don't know what to do with so much detail, it really mess your cut files when it comes to cut. The guy with the tattoo artists, do you asking them something specific on how draw, or just work with whatever they give you ? Could you give me some advice? :thumbsup:

It can be done, but if you don't know how, and don't have the proper equipment you better sub that job to a professional screen printer and put some money on top for you. It will save you lots of headaches. I've been researching that to start doing my own and there's alot involved for someone just starting out, leave alone doing 1000's at a time. But yes, it can be done.

I'm interested in the material too, we've had some communication about this already, but I'm still concerned how to efficiently cut the patterns, this is design-wise. I know that programs like Roland's RWear make it pretty much automatic, but if you can make perfect make a clean design the fact you're doing a template is almost useless if you have to re-accommodate most stones. Hope you can understand what I'm trying to say

So the black is vinyl and the silver paint ? If that's correct tell your friend to wash it by hand with care and don't toss it in the dishwasher.

Pent the money today and bought 50lbs of AO 220 at Grainger. Made a couple of mugs right away and is excellent. Need to work some of the bugs of the pressure pot and find a way to adapt a smaller nozzle, the one that I have now is around 1/8 and is gonna keep getting bigger with use.

midwaste, I bought the same cabinet and the 40lbs pressure pot, and I'm using Black Diamond abrasives 48-80 grit, but I have little to no media flow. What media are you using ? I had better luck with the cabinet and the siphon gun I made the Tee modification recommended on the cutting edge forums, but still same crap. I'm gonna have to try much finer media I guess.

Thanks for the tip, but take a look at both before you buy, I got the one from HF, no light, no electrical switch, but good size. Went to TS to get some blasting media and saw that cabinet, looks much nicer really, but is smaller in size. I'm getting my pressure pot from TS, they carry a brand called BlackBull or something like that.

I like both but the second one WITHOUT the red outline on the 7 would look great !
