I should of mentioned this but the scanned item when printed on paper stays in scale. But i will take your advice and start looking at the menu options and see what i can come up with.

Hi guys maybe someone can shed some light on this subject. I am making some stencil masks for my paintwork. When I scan them in and save the scan they are in the correct scale but somewhere from me importing them into my design program they lose their scale and i find myself spending some time rescaling them to the correct size. Does anyone have an answer to why this happens and how i can correct the problem. I am using Inkscape as my vector program and SCALP to cut. Thanks PG

Hi everyone pretty new to all this stuff just bought my first cutter and trying to get familiar with all this. My background is in custom painting helmets and rc bodies so im trying to broaden my horizons to make my work easier and be able to offer more.
