    Toolbar Customization

I'm wondering, is there a way to easily copy toolbar and popup tool palette customizations between installations? I have SBE on three machines, home desktop, home laptop, and office desktop and all three have different toolbar and popup tool palette customizations. I could sit here and customize each installation separately but that seems like a waste of time, I would also like to make a backup in case I have to reinstall SBE I won't have to re-customize the installation. I've tried copying one SBE directory to another but that doesn't work. I use AutoCAD at work and I can create a profile that I can take to any ACAD machine and load to get my customizations, is there anything like that in SBE or even a simple way of setting up one installation and getting the others to look the same?

    Can anyone identify this font?

I am looking for any suggestions for the DBM Drafting text in this logo. I know its small but its all I have to work with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Serpentine Bold Oblique

Right click and save works from Firefox.

Tried it last night and this morning at work using Firefox, would not work. Used IE and it worked fine.

I have been trying that site but all I get is a bunch of gibberish when I click on the download button. I enter the code, click download and a screen pops up with the gibberish. Looked around the site briefly but didn't see a help section. I'll try it again tomorrow.

Thanks again, all of the sites that came up on Google pointed me back to fonts.com where for $25 I could buy the font. I was able to fix up the trace you made for me but haven't had a chance to cut it. Probably try it tomorrow.

Does anyone have this font and care to share? I need it to finish a decal for my race car and can't seem to find it...well, for free anyway. Is font sharing allowed on here, or is it frowned upon? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Would someone be willing to try this?

Hey Mark-s, Your trace seems to be the easiest for me to work with but there are some spelling issues that I need to fix. Would you mind replacing the text and re-posting or send me the font that you used and I will fix what I have? I can't find a font that matches as well as yours does. Thanks.

I am trying to cut out the different objects to create a layered decal for the side of the car, will all of the different colors/layers that are in the logo be independent of each other? I would like to make the motorcycle safety program text into a two color text, will I be able to place a border around the individual letters to get my two layers?

Thank you all for your help. Since I am officially listed as a Newby, I have a Newby question. I have read a lot of posts on here about vectorizing and at this point I have to read them over and over to let everything soak in but it just doesn't. The vectorized eps files will import into SBE, correct? Do EPS files contain the paths that the cutter will cut or do i still have to vectorize them in SBE?
  11. I just received my LP 24 and I am trying to letter my microsprint race car with the MSP logo below. I have my numbers and other decals that I created in Sign Blazer but I can't get the whole vectorization thing down. Unfortunately it is a PDF and I am not sure how to work with a PDF as I only have access to Sign Blazer and Inkscape. I tried importing into Inkscape and saving as an eps but I lost most of the image content. If you are able to help out, perhaps you wouldn't mind sharing how you did it, the whole teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime theory. Thanks in advance. MSP Logo.pdf MSP Logo.pdf
