    Don't do it that way, do your text in SignBlazer.

    what I do is do a screenshot, crop it and save it as a jpg in paint shop pro and use the insert image feature in my e-mail program.

    The blade is probably out too far. You should be able to barely feel it/see it when the depth is adjusted properly.
