Oracal 631 is easily removeable and is very inexpensive. I think around $20 for a 24" x 10 yd roll.

EnduraTex makes iron on vinyl, never used it but it is the only iron on vinyl I am aware of. I believe Signwarehouse carries it. -

If your budget allows, get the Graphtec - you will not be disappointed. Plus it can cut letters down to 1/8" and the smallest the Copam will do is about 1/4" (depending on font).

I've always used my older blades for magnets, but go ahead and get some new blades they are pretty inexpensive and last a long time.

it will not stick to the machine, I have cut quite a bit of magnetic material just fine. You don't want to cut all the way thru, just enough so that you can bend the material and it will break off.

just have to bump up the pressure and adjust your blade so that it sticks out far enough to cut about half-way thru the magnetic material.
