I just went to a Parallel cable and it fix it.. don't know why or how but it fix it... Joe when i had signcut it would start about 1/8" away from the pinch roller ... so i could design and cut somthing on 23" of 24" of vinyl.. I got VMP working good now I can cut up to 23" of 24" of vinyl on it now..

I buy 99.9% of my Materials from Fellers and if I order by 3:00 pm I have it on my door step the next day. most of the time before noon.. I never had a problem fellers.. they are a good supplier in my book

Thanks for the reply but I know all of that I had VMP for over 2 years now.. VMP works and cut fine with my Graphtec.. Just not my copam... I don't no why the cutting head move over 2" before it start cutting..? I havit try to cut anything with my Refine yet..

My Copam did the sams thing today for the frist time I was trying to cut 15 phone number at the same time 2.5" x 22" and I'm using Dell laptop with 1 gig of ram, win xp pro and a serial to serial setup with signs cut sotfware.. I would like to no why my copam did that as well..?

Save your money on goo-gone.. buy acetone its same thing.. I work for Excel Graphics for 8 years and all I did was strip Semi trailer and put new decals on them.. and a heat gun and acetone is all we use..

Harley Davidson is bad about coming after you.. I was told that GM, Disney, WB-warner bros.. will come after you to.. I was at a super chevy show about 3 years ago and there was this guy in a trailer selling decals.. but no chevy no gm nothing.. so I said hey where the chevy bowtie at .. he told me he didn't have the rights to sell them.. so I try to get him to cut me one.. he said no way he got burn for selling them one time and he would never do that again... so I ask him how much is the rights to sell them he told me it was a 5 year deal and it was over 100k... so I don't think anyone on ebay as the rights to any of the copyright thing they are selling..
