Nice to see all your guys opinions.I am not trying to go cheap,I am just wanting the small jobs,Like I have gotten a big co doing their vehicles and I want to charge same as the big guy charged..I just don't want any big jobs.

I did a sample theraflex heat press vinyl with a text,flipped the text and it cam out wrong.what did i do wrong.the vinyl is clear with sticky side on one side other is colored vinyl.did the cut on vinyl side..Thanks

I AM SURE THE BIGGER GUYS ARE THAT PRICE RANGER,BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OVERHEAD.I DON'T HAVE ANY OVERHEAD LIKE THEY DO.I THINK I WOULD BE LUCKY TO GET 20 OR 25 FOR A COROPLAST SIGN.I WAS TOLD A FRIEND BOUGHT A WOLF HEAD DECAL FOR THEIR WINDOW WAS CHARGED 80 BUCKS DON'T KNOW WHAT THE SIZE WAS BUT I WOULD HAVE DONE IT FOR LESS..I AM WANTING TO GET THE BUSINESS OF SCHOOL,FIRE,MEDICAL,MINES IN MY AREA WHICH I HAVE ONE FIREMAN COMING IN AND BUYING AND GOING TO TELL ALL HIS FRIENDS ABOUT OUR SHOP..I AM SETUP AT A FLEA MKT.. I set up my Esti-mate per the instructions (estimated time to cut/weed/tape the sample decal). I then put a few sample decal jobs in there, got the price and called up a few other sign shops in town. FastSigns is the highest, which I can match by adjusting my Market Level slider. FastSigns is at about 70% market level, vs. 50% by default. I usually use about 55-60%. I'm not going to tell anyone what to charge for their work, but keep in mind that although the big guys' prices are what they are due to their overhead levels, that is what the market demands. There is no reason to undercut local pricing by 50% simply because you aren't "one of the big guys". It's always easier to lower prices later than it is to raise prices, and you don't want to find yourself in a position of having tons and tons of work that doesn't pay much, even if your overhead is very small. In my area it is like everyone wants something for nothing.I am in the boonies and just want a few small not big signs as I am sure the big boys have the big jobs and they can have them I DON'T WANT THE BIG JOBS.

THEY CLING INSIDE OF WINDOW.THEY CAME OUT GREAT BUT STILL JUST FOR NOVELTY ITEMS...

I have a epson c88+ bought new for 79.99 and i have had good experience with it and durabrite ink.I printed on papilio inkjet vinyl and laminated over it did great job..
