trimmer

I am attempting to print on th Copam CP2500 using Flexisign Pro 8.1v1 and when I try cutting certain items parts of the image don't cut. Cutting text the insides of the o's and e's do not cut. Also when printing a logo only about 1/100 of the image printed. Not sure what is going on as I am new to Flexisign Pro. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
