I to just bought the same heat press. Im using easyweed vinyl and im going by easyweeds direstions (pressed at 302F (150C), at 10-15 seconds, medium pressure w/ a teflon sheet). I peel mid-way to cool. I notice the letters are not sticking at the ends or in the middle of a letter....? Any ideas?

How is that? Maybe it's something different that I don't know about the graphtecs, but I've always been under the impression that, that's something you adjust in your cutting software settings? I know both my refine and pcut are clueless as to what size or type of vinyl I feed them... I control the setting via Flexi (and SBE prior to getting Flexi). Yes us Graphtec owners are spoiled If I'm using roll material, I load the material in the cutter, adjust the pinch rollers for the width, lock them down and select roll from the on screen promt. Hit enter and wahla the carriage moves across and sets the width and returns the material to a 0,0 start point. I run Flexi in interactive mode and my cutter tells Flexi's Production Manager how wide. If I'm running sheet stock, I just select sheet and it does Length and Width. I know you want one now, don't ya jon Hey jon, I have a CE5000-60 running with FlexiPro 7.0, were do I find the interactive mode....And Yah there's no turning back after picking up my graphtec

Well I just received my Economy Large Flat Heat Press-15 x 15 inch and some Siser EasyWeed vinyl from US Cutter on friday. Here are aome hoodies I did for myself.....FREE ADVERTISING LOL!

I picked up the hoodies at Manards "of all places" for $4.99. No zippers just a puller over. The font is called Demonized. Yah the fox (mustang) goes perfect with the logo. As mine sites in the garage on jack stands wainted for the salt to be gone!!

The hood rests about and 1" above the the lettering. It's a learning curve for sure!

I just pick up the cutter on fri and Im having problems with the blade not meeting up with the stop/start point of each letter it cutts. If tried -/+ offset, increase/decrease force. Is it the blade they sent me? The cutter came with the blue to holder. here are some pics of my problem. Im using FlexiPRO 7.0 w/USB connection Thanks for all your help!!

I went ahead and emailed them my dilema.....

You might want to give Pete Ordway a call. I have used him for some digital print work in the past and he has always been responsive to my needs. I have never met him face to face, but I have talked over the phone. A $1300~ cutter shoud work correctly right out of the box. Jon Not to be a prude but do you think that might ruffle some feathers with Ordway???
