arent they like $100? plus you need a table or stand! If you make one out of a Poly Utility Sink, you have a drain for the blasting material for reuse and it has legs already!

im working on a blasting cabinet. I have an old plastic utility sink, a pipe from the drain to a bucket for material return, and lexan on top with rubber gloves through the side! i think it would work well!

you get charged both fees, just mark up the shipping and handling to cover costs!

ill mark up all vinyls 200% of original price... so what i do for specialty vinyls is 240% of cost!

My estimation program figured out $73.36 ea... Thats 1hr design time, 1.5 hr production time per sign! Plus Corplast and vinyl!

i try to keep all colors but since i have a vinyl supply company only 10 min away, i just get it fresh from them. im talking about like ultra metallic, carbon fiber, and other specialty films!

We have 3 specials right now... 20% off sign repair 15% off Sign Refacing and 10% off banners. Right now we are doing well on sign repair and banners but Refacing is kinda slow! Also when i get my "new" bucket truck, that would be like a mobile billboard! Like Below

if its a speciality vinyl, i use my 200% markup in vinyl plus an additional 40% That way i make my money for it and try to buy what i need for the job... Some of the cheaper Reflective i try and stock because ill use it sooner or later!

I could buy the vinyl by the yard, but at $1.55 per vinyl, it would not be worth the time to do it!

my pricing program priced the cheapest 3M Scotchlite Reflective Vinyl and came up with a price of $2.43ea! There is no way to get it close to $1.55 ea without loosing monies! I would tell him, "Good luck..."
