i've had a Stepper motor PCUT 24" for 4 years now, all i do is keep all moving parts lubed and some minor problems was plugs coming unplugged from the mother board! but other then that, my cutter still works today!

I think the term is "Get them while their down!" J/K John, Get well buddy! Looks great, the only thing i would have done is match the total size of all the text to the size of the circle! I like to keep at least 1" boarder away from the grommets! Just my $.02 Otherwise, AWESOME JOB!

Here is another one of my designs... I wanted to put a phone number but the township that the business is located said the sign cant have any visible phone numbers due to driver distraction!

Basically I would cut it as it and meet them up on the face. If you just layered on a face, it would look like crap when illuminated. Plus i enlarged the ASE logo because the TWP wont allow the phone number on any storefront sign due to "driver distraction."

Well i ca tell you on the sign face that my price came out to $248, so your almost right on.

when i use to work for a sign company, i use to drive all the Big Vehicles we lettered. No one at the shop knew how to drive anything big, especially with Air Brakes.

oh yea, might have to make a USCutter vinyl order Its because im old! lol Na, i barely made the cutoff for my insurance. you need to be at least 24 years old to drive anything over 10,000lbs, i guess because of driving experience and the weight of the truck! Ill get more pics when i get it home... wanta make sure its Legit before parking it in front of my house so the TWP i live in wont complain of a huge non-legit vehicle!

Well, hes like this because he brings in over $10k a month which to me is insane lol I have friends that pay $10k a month in sales tax! now that's insane!

Just use a basic font with maybe a circle or diamond! AKA keep it simple!

Of course! When i get too good to do small jobs, someone kick me and remind me where i came from! YOU GOT IT!! If i get too good for small jobs, ill buy another computer, cutter and hire someone to take on the extra jobs!

In stead of call me for a quote, just put Call for a Quote... shrink down the PEDDY and you should be OK!

i made a 4ft by 8ft jig... basically i cut, hem and grommet the banner, then use elastic cords and stretch the banner over the frame, then measure and lay vinyl! The jig keeps the banner from moving when trying to lay vinyl!

I would just buy vinyl close by... i know when i first bought my cutter, i ordered vinyl with it, so i could setup and cut right away!

Right now my 2 main sources for supplies is: Fellers - for all vinyl, app tape, squeegees, X-acto knife blades Pioneer Sign Supply - for Substrates, Illuminated Sign Parts (Lamps, Ballasts, Sockets, Transformers) & Extrusion for making sign cabinets! The reason i use these 2 companies is that they are close by. Fellers and pioneer both have a warehouses in Pennsauken, NJ so it no more that 20 min drive for me. This is cool because im always in a pinch for supplies needed quickly. I would like to use USCutter, but most of the time i dont plan job installs too far in advance. i like to get the jobs done as quick as my quality control lets me! What Supply Companies do you use?

If you can get me 651 vinyl to me in 1-2 days, ill switch from fellers for Intermediate Vinyl! Fellers is still my vinyl in a pinch company!

Like BannerJohn said, NEVER turn business down. Make sure to satisfy the customer. I started with Sign repair & Vinyl Graphics about a year ago. Now i just started getting into sign cabinet and channel lettering install! My sign cabinets aren't built so i have plenty of time for repair work and vinyl work between sign installations... and remember, your time is always worth something, dont give away design time!

I think Signwarehouse.com's clients list is bigger then the staff can handle! just my $.02
