USB won't work on mine. It's the serial cable that came with the cutter.

Not yet.... Its the only one I have! Can I get one at Best Buy or somewhere local or do I need to order it from US Cutter? I think I seen a post about a year ago where the local ones didn't work?

They all will do nylon transfers. You just have to let them know! I've had no problems with F&M?

Hey guys, I've been doing all of my shirts with plastisol transfers wholesale for others to resale. I have a lady that wants 12 shirts with one word across the front in white vinyl. Design is 4"X11.5". What is everybody getting for these? Idont want to way overprice it or leave money on the table! I haven't. sold any at retail yet!

Send her a cease and desist letter explaining that she is selling your product without permission. Tale her to court and demand half of all profits to date. She will counter that you were work for hire. The judge will kindly explain to her that it is not work for hire without payment. My brother in law went through this very thing. He paid the artist for the designs. Sold a buttload of shirts (high dollar). Artist wanted more money and had my brother in law shut down. Won a judgement for $30000.BIL had to file bankrupcy to get out of this. The artist dude fabricated a rolling scale payment and fogred the sigs on it! He wasn't happy with getting $1000 for the art, then seeing the shirts sell for $75.bIL still made money but it put him out of business! This is not just a give me my $250 case! She owes you half of the profit from all products sold with your design on it! Take her to real court not small claims. Way to big an issue for them to handle correctly!

Ok so i've been cutting a lot of vinyl so i know kinda how to get it to not drift. I am getting ready to start a pretty long job 8'.... What is the BEST wayt to get it right. Loosen then tighten or vise versa? I have ton of movement on the 8' stuff like over an inch! Is there a good way to get to get this right or is it just trial and error.

OK so I've been slinging vinyl on this thing for a while with no problems at all!!! Until today... I am trying to cut a banner that is 3x8. I set it up and hit cut. Well the file sends and the cutter takes off to the left side and crashes into the wall and makes a God aweful noise and the whole time the viynl is feeding also. I can cut the same graphic if its small, but not 7 foot? So I don't think it's the file. I'm grounded correctly also??? I'm running XP Pro and signblazer. I think I have seen this problem on here before but can't find it with a search. Any help would rock! Danny

Nope, it's only 23 inches wide. everything is set right and I'm grounded correctly? Its not the graphic because it'll cut at 12 x 12....? I know I've seen this discussed on here before along with the fix but can't find it!
