i Can up with your favorite number $420.00 being 210x2=$420.00. I usually charge $75.00 per door using 751 cast i do the bed,door ,fenders,and tailgate for $210.00 one side........ but yeah 450.00 sounds good to -

Hey core in the sign shop i used to work at in anaheim we used a masonry blade either with the table saw or a skilsaw it always cut just fine remember just to sand down the melted plastic....sometimes we just used a 5 in 1 tool to remove the shavings then sanded down the corners..... In matter of fact i just cut a piece down 2 weeks ago for Mater Dei high school....

That looks cool i used to do that about two years ago and sold them at the swapmeet had the template all ready cut and sanded ready for names and such i had a pretty good thing going on until someone stold my trailer full of years of scrap wood and paints,routers,bits and tables,jig saws you get the picture but i guess it was a blessing in disquise now im doing banners,store fronts,vehicles,the sign : thing (LOL)
