i was using my cutter reset it to change vinyl color and now it is stuck on the welcome screen???

if you go to uscutter.com under support for the refine there is a setup file it shows a print driver for the refine enableing cutting directley from coreldraw dose anyone know where this driver is availble from

guys i have had my cutter for 3 years it works ok on serial connection but my new laptop dose not have a serial on it so i am forced to use usb. when using usb any time i hit reset on the cutter or shut off the cutter and turn it back on i have to unplug and replug the usb on the laptop. if i am using signcut and it shows the process of cutting and the cutter is not cutting i have to abort the cut unplug and replug he usb and it works fine. i gess this is what we get for buying a cheap cutter

i have not had time to download signblazer and set it up yet i will try it tonight when i get home do you know where to get the drivers to cut directley from print in coreldraw they show the setup under setting up you cutter in the suport section of uscutter.com but do not have drivers availble

i am curentley using a laptop but was previousley using a desktop with serial connection and exsperianced the same problems

the new cutters all seam to come with the materal catcher. looks eazy to make it just drapes over the center support on the stand and is mouted to the sides. but i would like to buy one anyone know if these are sold seprateley anyware?

ok so i ran 2 runs bolth identical one in white one in red the first one had multible mistakes the second came out perfect the first was ran on 4 in/s and the second 8 in/s now i know that the cutter could not be running to slow could this be a communication error from the software?

i did not metion that there is less then 8 hrs cutting time on the macheen. the main bord was replaced at about 3 hrs cutting time under warenty i have had this problem before and affter replacement

i have seen this posted quite a few times with no replys. if you are having this problem or somthing simulalr please post somthing to this post so we can all get some help us cutter mh721 signcut corel draw 12 usb set up quite often when runing any size run i will get a macheen or software brain fart the cutter will miss letters,lines or even enire words or it will start a letter stop drag the blade to a new section and start somthing new. i have also had a entire cut come out fine then when its all done the cutter decides to cut diagnaly acros the image. this happends with any size lettering or graphic but it is more consitent on longer runs. i am wasting time and material please help me
