It came in a box with training video's ,fonts and a key. Ita also has Number to call .. Its out of Canada does that sound Right?

yea the shop that i learned that i wanted to do this he used flex and i loved it could do alot .. But dont have that much money after all the rest so cant get yet im using atm free trail of signgo was waiting for my winpcsign pro to come in and just got it sat. and im having problems with it opening .... Trust me i want flex

The reason i have said anything about it is beacuse ALot of ppl are haveing problems with printer/Scanners and so on as of what i hear M.Soft sayes it maybe a few weeks before they fix all this ... thats why i was just asking ... Just need to know what force the cutter should be at.. i tried 20 to lite i tried 30 seem to cut my vinyl to deep ... 2nd quetion has anyone ever used Respect Vinyl ... i bought a few off ebay to try it and it seems to just mess up ...any info would be great
