    Help cutting in SignBlazer

After checking/completing setup, push 'CUT' instead of 'FINISH', then when the 'Cut Tile' dialog box launches, click 'CUT TILE'. When you finish cutting, clicking 'FINISH' will get you back to your drawing.

    Here I come Nashville!

I moved to Atlanta from Indiana back in '96. Of course I was a Yankee for a while, then I became a damn Yankee after I married a local The whole Yankee thing is really no big deal, people are really nice. You won't change the locals, so accept the differences in culture without judging, and can enjoy life wherever you end up!

    blade holder help!!!

Sorry your blade holder broke, hopefully warranty will cover... If you call US Cutter sales they have extra Refine blade holders for $30.00 each - for some reason they weren't listed on website when I ordered one last week, but the sales dept hooked me up. It's nice to have more than one holder for switching between media types. I have one each for cast, cal, and EasyWeed. Speeds things right along, as long as I don't forget to change out!!

Strore cut easayweed and on leather?

I save the old backing material from designs I've already pressed and have been using that without any problem... Before that I was sticking them on the mirror in the guest bathroom!
  7. I have a Refine MH1351 myself, and design in Corel X3 then cut using SignBlazer. I run XP and connect via RS232 on Com1 (serial not USB) Love it! I'm sure we can get you up on SignBlazer. Will SignBlazer cut anything like a circle or square generated within the program, or are you just having trouble when importing your files from X4?
  8. Not ready to start dishing out personal insults, but USCutter got you running, yet you are still talking smack.

Don't know if your ct630 acts like my Refine, but in SBE 'Cutter Setup', uncheck 'Advance Page After Job'.

    acrylic edge cap/frames

This may be a little different than what you are wanting, but you can use the trim cap material they put on channel letters and it adds a real classy look to a sign. The only catch is you would have to mount the sign with stand-offs, but it really adds some depth when you look at the sign. It has been many years since I have done this, but I used to use this stuff when I was making retro neon on acyrlic. http://www.signcraft.com/letrim66.pdf

NEED TO MOVE SIGNBLAZER TO NEW COMPUTER

I use the Trial version to cut with my Refine. Maybe un-install and download latest version, then re-install. I don't have a code so I'm in trial mode forever, but I don't care since it's been working great for months Find it here: http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=30&nav=0,4

    I DID IT!!!

You can get clear app tape from US Cutter now.
  16. I don't claim to know anything about Australia, but you might try here. These folks sell Siser heat transfer vinyl. I don't know if EasyWeed is a North American only name for Siser's heat transfer vinyl. Siser is an international (Italian) company and may sell the same product under a diiferent name Down Under. http://www.natsignsys.com.au/

  18. +1 on the vinyl being the problem. You should be able to cut right off the roll.
