I saw when doing tint you should use a mixture of water, soap, and alcohol, can you tell me what kind of soap you use and how much to mix with the water, and do you use alcohol and if so how much to mix in. thanks

I have a copam cutter I got like 5 months ago because I had vista 64 bit on my computer I had to use a old computer with xp because us cutter and I could not get the drivers to work.Now I need to use the new computer is there any updates for the drivers.please help stuck and don't want to buy an other old computer and now I can't use the cutter.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with signcut I have EMailed them like 10 times asking for help and they never get back to me.

So I am not the only one that can not get them to EMail back, does us cutter know how to get them to get back they sell there product

I was woundering if the people that use colored vinyl and a cutter find it hard to compete with shops with printed vinyl.They seem like they can get better graphics.

I realy wish us cutter would let you know what systems don't work with the cutters.Is there any cutter that might work and then I will sale this one and get that one Thanks Do you know if us cutter takes trade-ins.

Where can you get hands on I look and can find no training near my area. I even thought if I could hook up with a place that sells the wraps maybe they would work with you to learn. I know I can sell them I just need to learn even if someone from a different area would want to partner up.

This is maybe a dumb question but what is the offset on the cutter and how should it be set and when do you need to change it.

I just got a new computer and I need to switch signcut to it do I just go to signcut and down load it again and what happens to the signcut in the other computer.

can I return sign cut do to the other computer is not on internet, because the computer I got will not work with the cutter so I had to get one just for the cutter and put it in the shop so I have been using sign blazer have yet to even use signcut. also tried to reach them and get no reply to ask them

Do you know how to set up registration marks in signblazer, I can't find any section in the program to do it.

It did work, I made the reg marks a diferent color and then selected them for each color I was cutting. Thanks

Does the new computer have to stay hooked up to the internet after I down load signgcut for it to work.

Tried that the only problem I had was when you are in the cut screen and you pick the color you want to cut it will pick one color only and or all the colors, how do you pick the color and also the reg marks and not the other color, hope thet makes sence.

I got my cutter (copam 4050) on 9-30-08, first problem paper holder handles broke called they sent new ones out, now waited another 3 day's ok things happen. Next now with new handles went to set up stand is a pain but ok, found that I was missing a cable so called and they said they would send one out, waited 3 day's and nothing so I called and was told that the cable did not come with the cutter after going over it with them more then was told it should of been there and they would send it out, 3 more day's. Got cable and tried to hook it up had problems so I called tech he did try and did figure out what was wrong I have vista 64 bit was told to try and find a usb cable that would work, Was never told that the cutter might have problems if it used 64 bit. Found a cable that works whith 64 bit set up and now the cutter will not cut, the cable at cutter is loose due to the female adater that won't screw into the new cable Now it has been 15 day's since I got the cutter and I still have cut nothing. I would normally not right a letter like this BUT I am not happy and ready to give up but I put out to much money for that Just want it to work!

I did put a post up on this I most of did some thing wrong it did not come up. Anyway like in my other post I wanted to thank ken great job he really tried to work this out but we could not it seems like the vist 64 bit just won't work so I will have to use a diferent computer for the cutter. Wish the new computer would of worked,maybe they will come out with something soon. also I think in the future us cutter should find out what system you are using ( vista 64 bit ) and just let people know im might not work. The tech suport with ken was great and he said if they do come out with some thing he will let me know that is great service.

Thanks for your suggestions, I would realy like to get it to work on the new computer, because it is a laptop. I did get a usb cable and driver loaded but still not working are you using usb or the serial cable with xp, so is it the program or drivers.

I just upgraded my computer and it has vista 64 bit. My problem is when I try to install the usb to serial cable it won't work, was told to get a usb to serial cable that would work with vista 64 bit, does any one know where I can get one, looked on line they say they work but they seem to cover alot of programs not sure

Was your vista 64 bit because mine is and it won't work, I am looking for a usb to serial cable for 64 bit.wondering you had to get a cable or just needed a new driver for it
