I have a job replacing vinyl on a plexy glass donut case the decals are gone but there is a good amount of the old glue on there I don't want to use a blade on it or thinner to remove it thinking I will do damage What do you all suggest I use that will remove the old glue but not harm the plexy glass ?

I went through several host all where jerks poor customer service. When I first started I wanted to use a local company thinking I would get good service but no luck. I then found out about http://getstacked.com without a dought the best customer service around. Any time I have a problem installing something or just need a question answered I email Scott there and I get an answer right away If I am having a software issue he will just fix the issue for me. I have been with them for 4 years now and plan on staying there. -
I am just looking to make some company logos to go above the shirt pockets. About 4"x2" would that work with a iron or am I wasting my money?

My thoughts Customer service is a HUGE part of your business. If your customers feel you treated them like you cared and they where important they will come back and tell all there friends. People love FREE STUFF if you do a banner or something for a client throw in a couple free decals at time of delivery (there website, logo, store hours whatever) don't tell them ahead of time just give it to them on delivery. they be vary happy. Zig Ziglar is great but also listen to Dan Millers podcast http://48days.com/podcast/podcast.php -

If you are taking your cutter with you there I would not stock up hundreds of decals you might not sell. I would do all of them on the spot while they watch. most people have no idea how these decals are made and it would be entertaining for them to watch them be made. All the action of the cutter and weeding should help draw a crowd to see whats going on hence more sales. Seeing you are doing them as they are doing ordered you can add a name or something to each decal (for a extra $1) In other words make your stand stand out make it an event not just a place to buy something -
Try this post I posted I only use regular transfer tape and this method works great for layers http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,12047.0.html
