Get one of these 'plasti-kuts', It slits coro real nice, even & easy (along the flutes, that is).
You'll still have to cross cut manually, but it will save you time

Did the eyes of the tiki's with engineer-grade reflective, heh-heh, looks creepy at night when lights hit it.

Ok, I ran through all i could.... If it's a 'real' font at all, then it's more than one. The lowercase letters all look like an olde-english type script, but the capital N doesn't fit in with 'em.
Dunno!

We've been getting our smaller blanks from R&J Sign Supply for a couple of years now, They're quick shipping the stuff out and resonable.
The bigger blanks (highway sized, regulation stuff, etc) we usually get from Tapco, but they're slow at getting stuff shipped.

Also, you might want to check your blade depth (may be too much blade sticking out). Can you see the outline in the backing paper after the vinyl is lifted off?
