I have IE8 and have not had any problems with it and I am running vista. I like the new address bar you can delete right from there. and it seems to be faster.

Does anyone have these. I have 8 signs to make and the customer wants one of these on here. Thanks in advanced.

sometimes i have to restart my computer to get SBE to work again. why i have no idea.

I know how that is. I am having a problem now with my mh721. I can't set the speed on it and its stuck on 13 and force 50. and i haven't had it a year yet.

I have that problem too I close out of the cutter window and i unplug my usb cable and plug it back in and then go back to cutter and click on cut and cut tiles it works for me.

what software are u useing.

the box is set on 50 when it pops up move it to the right until image is back

when you monochrome it brings up a box. you need to click on the right arrow until the red is brought back then you can vectorize it

Its under arrange. select your opject then click on split opject under arrange from the tool bar.

You will need to vectorize it first and then you go and split the object after that you can change the colors.

On the vinyl I have to roll it out on the cutter and line it up with a sticker that's on there and make sure that the roll on the rollers in back if your's came with them is straight. My husband just sets it on there and he can get it at one try. If you will look at the roll of vinyl its not straight when they roll it on the tube. We have found that out.

Oh and make sure your blade is just barely sticking out.

When we first got our mh721 we had a problem like that and we found out the the blade carriage was off the track. we cut everything 24/50 the top 24 the bottom 50. Now it cuts and weeds beautiful. Did you get a book with it.

Ok it showed that it had 32 errors on it and it wont work.

I will try again ff ex but there was a few pop ups so i didn't know what to do with those

Thanks for sharing, but I have to tell you that I downloaded it and I can't get it to work . I have windows vista but I do have the program on my computer that you used. It tells me something is missing from your end. Nancy
