Where does it stop? Is it hitting the right or left red kill buttons?

As to the blade cartridge hitting the left kill button.....is the cartridge beginning on the left hand side (looking at the front) or the right? It should be starting on the right. Do you know how to reset your blade's point of origin?

So Levi at US Cutter helped me figure it out. It was actually really dumb. The cartridge was beginning on the left side of the machine, when it should be starting on the right side (looking at the front). All I had to do was set the cartridge point over on the right. Voila!

Font finder doesn't seem to work, the "find" button is grayed out. Does anyone know if it works? TR

Jay, Did you import the eps? If so how? I tried, but as I said the image wasn't there when I went to cut. I don't want to be an annoying newbie that always has to have people convert their files. So if you wouldn't mind would you walk me through the process so I can learn it myself ? Thanks again!

I guess that is part of my problem. I don't have any sort of illustrator software yet. Is there a way to isolate the font in SBE and delete it so I can put in new text?

Scribe, don't know if you are still having a problem, but my machine was not cutting either. Just got it fixed today. Is the blade cartridge hitting either of the red kill buttons on the sides? That was my problem. If so, I can tell you how to fix it. TR

I have been trying for hours now to import this eps file (it's attached). I have also tried to vectorize in SBE, but it just turns out crap. I do get eps file imported but then it won't show up when I go to cut. I have tried welding it, which was a suggestion I saw in a post, that still didn't work. Any help? I have 6 jobs I have to send out tomorrow and they all require this logo! As a side bar, I have vectorized this this image for the Wishblade the "Parties" was all jacked up so I had to just delete it and add new text. How would I do that in SBE? I am using SignBlazer and as for the driver, we tried all the drivers. Someone from US Cutter tech support remotely accessed my computer and tried everything they could. They said Ken is the only one that might know what to do. I am using a laptop and the USB.

Has anyone figured out this problem. I have the exact same problem. I have made sure all settings are the same, I have set the X and Y points, and it still jumps over and hit the left kill button after cutting out one letter. Help! I have a bunch of projects I need to do.
