HI Everyone - Need a little help, what is the best Clear Tape to use for Oracal 651, I have RTape AT 65 which works but is very difficult for me and I have been doing this for over 8 years so I'm sure your average customer will not be able to make this work, and I have to use clear tape for this customer. I have a MH 721 cutter 28 inch and using signcut, my problem is that every time i cut something the cutter rewinds the vinyl back about 4 inch's before cutting. I tried changing the settings in signcut but nothing works, any one have this problem? Thanks in Advance.

Hello, newbie question here, I am filling some type with a animal pattern (zebra skin) in adobe illustrator and when i send it to signcut the type looks fine but the pattern is just a black fill - how or what can i do to get this pattern to cut right? Thanks in Advance

Thanks for the responses - yes i checked that the white wheels are in the track and i took the side of and slightly tightened the tension on the belt, seemed a bit loose but the carriage still won't move with out a slight push, I think i received a bad cutter. Tim

Hello everyone - I have been working as a graphic designer and prepress operator in commercial printing for the past 15 years and have a small decal business outsourcing most of my work, I decided to buy some equipment and start keeping the work in house so I bought a mh series cutter, it just arrived I did the set up and when I turn the cutter on it make a very loud humming noise and the carriage that hold the cutter blade will not move unless i give it a small push than it goes to the far right, so if i turn it off and on again it makes the loud humming noise and the carriage will not move. Guess i received a defective machine, anyone have any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Tim
