I need some help with so many issues, I don't know where to begin. Firstly, I can't seem to get my SignBlazer software to register. I attempted automated registration twice with no results (have ckecked my junk folder) and manual registration only resulted in an email kick bacl showing provided email address for manual registration as undeliverable. I attempted to download the manual for SignBlazer only to find a suspended account. I can view the manual for SignBlazer5. Secondly, my cutter and computer won't communicate. I can begin a cut (usually only the first letter - with drag lines included in the cut) and then the cutter resets. I've used both testing methods on the cutter itself and it functions as it is supposed to - cuts perfectly! Can anyone help a new guy whose losing the excitment of a new toy?

To start, I've attempted to register my software several times, several different ways and get stonewalled each time. The registration process, which I've attempted twice has failed both times and I've not received a registration code. I attempted to manually register and the email address to complete this was invalid. I attempted to download the usere manual for SignBlazer only to find that the link provided goes to a suspended account. Beyond that, the cutter and my computer, simply put, don't seem to be communicating effectively. I've attmpted to use both USB and serial and I keep running into the same problems -- a partial cut, usually only part of the first letter, with "drag lines" included as cut. I've got so many issues at this point, I don't know where to start. I've tested the cutter, both full blade test and small rectangle test, and the cutter works perfectly. I need some help.

I am having the same issue. I've suggested everything in this post and some others and have found no resolution to my issue. Sometimes the cutter will start to cut (and seems to be cutting the "drag lines" between the first letter) then it stops, resets and shows "ON LINE". I'm getting pretty frustrated. I've checked the test cut feature and it worked very well. I've used the small rectangle test cut feature and it works well. I know the cutter can cut (and well!), so I must be overlooking some setting that I can't figure out. Additionally, I've had no luck registering my software (registered it twice and have yet to receive an activation code - check my junk mail folder as well). Tried to go to the site suggested and was greeted by a "site under construction" banner. Can someone please help. Thanks.
