I have downloaded a good bit of images off of vector sites....that download as ESP files. I cant get them to.open in sb or intraview

im trying to cut some oracal fluro. I cant get it to cut all the way thru i havelowered the blade and made no difference..pressure is still on 1g. i dont want to keep trying to adjust it cause that fluro aint cheap...any ideas

It gives me three choices when I save on inkscape....does that have anything to.do with it

i took a jpg image did the bitmap trace and it looked really good all the lines were straight...when i saved it and went to sb and imported the file. the image looked like crap the lines were all jagged and stuff...am i missing something

Because some of the eps files I have look horrible...thought I would attempt to clean them up?... If I save a picture.off the internet...just jpg image, can I import to inkscape vectorize it then save as a eps....I guess im not exactly sure of the purpose of inkscape. I thought it was to clean up files

the post above is telling you how to fix it. you cannot import an .eps file into inkscape. only export So if you are making a file in inkscape save as .eps and .svg. Then you import the .svg back in for edit
im confused lol....newbie here....if my file is a eps i cant import it into inkscape correct? if not i need to convert it to another type of file...make my changes then turn it back into a esp file and then open in sb?

since my cutter was bought as a play toy my wife has decided she needs me to do something for her... she wants a 3-4 foot alligator crawling up the wall in her classroom. she has a use for it in her mind... does anyone have a gator vector crawling

i tried it with the speed at 100 and adjusted the pressure some...i dunno what i did to make it different it was cutting small prior to the real slick vinyl...i looked it up and it apparently is wall vinyl

i have been cutting random stuff the last few days with 12x24 sheets i got...the last two i had left were mactac 8900 pro....when i tried cutting smaller stuff like 3x5 it was looking like crap...would tear spots and when i would weed it the lettering would pull off.. i havent had this issue before. i had the speed at 500 and pressure at 1 and 2g...was it just the vinyl or am i having some issues?

How come some of my files are black when I go to import and want show when I slect them and hit ok..... nothing shows up.Also I have a numbers clipart cd...how can I push the numbers together and not have it cut the part that is over lapped....like a 13 pushed together with no space between the 1and 3....when I cut it the part that the 3 covers up is also getting cut ontop of the 3
