i still cant get the lines out, ill try and get a image uploaded but until then im using "the godfather" font and all caps "MISSISSIPPI MAFIA" its only puting them in the m's and where the f goes through the i and the a

first question is when i use certian fonts and type a "M" it puts extra lines in the middle part of the m, is there any way to make this one total outline without the extra lines? second question would be if i was wanting to do numbers for a race car and only wanted to cut out an outline of the lettering instead of the whole letter how would i do that? thanks with any help
