Does anyone out there have any files of fruits and veggies with arms and legs and eyes? Cartoon looking is fine. Thanks in advance!

Where is that event taking place? Is it some sort of professional racing thing? -
Looks Good!!! I used the same font on a job I did not to long ago... ladies seem to like that font. How hard is it to do a lighted sign. I have always wanted to try one, but it intimidates me. Keep up the good work!!

I got my first big job over the weekend for a friend's mom that just opened up a cafe type of place. The lettering is about 48" wide and 12" tall. I used a combination of dry and wet applications. The homebrew application fluid found on this forum worked like a charm!! This was all done on my 24" LP and I used Oracal 751. I am not totally done... I need to finish the outline on one of the words and add more clip art of fruits and stuff. An English version is coming soon and also an English/Spanish Menu on Coroplast for the inside will be done soon. I will update the pics when I am all done. Just one question... I dont know what to charge
-
I will definately be giving them a big discount. I already have all of the material on hand and paid for so all I will be charging is for my time and an A-frame that they need. Time to make some business cards!!! Thank you everyone for your kind comments!!

Hi Everyone! I recently won a LaserPoint Plotter on eBay at a great price and I must say that this is one of my best buys on ebay ever. I had no problems pluging and installing everything and started cutting right away. Excellent machine!! Great Job US Cutters!! I am an accountant by day and vinyl is just a small hobby of mine (profitable one too!!). I have been using my uncle's Roland GX24 but I wanted something of my own and for the price, the Laserpoint fit the bill. Already had a couple of jobs with it too and I can't tell the difference between something cut on the Roland or the LP. I will post some pics soon. SignBlazer is a bit of a pain to get used to, but I am learning quick. I wish the computer would recognize the LP Plotter as a printer so that I could use the Roland Cut Studio that I am used to, but it seems like that is not possible. I just started using Inkscape thanks to these forums and love it!! Thanks Again US Cutter and the forums!! Ed

Thank you all for your warm welcomes and tips!! I will definately try to use just a serial connection to see if that works. I will also do a nice little comparison write up between the Roland and the LP when I get a chance (at work right now ). Thanks Again! Ed
