Reality is we all started somewhere. Can guarantee most of us didnt go right into business our first day with a cutter and started with projects like these snow plow markers. I know I started with a low priced cutter because I was just teaching myself of my own projects about the sign business and researching how to do things and slowly moving forward. Now I have 2 shops three cutters, and theres no job too big or small. Welcome to the forum the markers look great and keep up learning on stuff cause ya know when ya stop learning something every day your dead! Do you need them printed i can give you a hell of a price on them

I would have to say back the speed down some. All my machines are like perfectly set, I never have to adjust them. Just takes time and patience to get there.

As far as should u have bought the cutter my answer is yes. I have I think four of them now and I have never had a problem with them......Scratch that one problem i ran the usb cord over with my office chair and broke it lol. Quality equipment for the price that will pay for itself over and over every week

I use sanmar brodar and bodek and rhodes

If you need a rush too Fellers has a warehouse in colonie NY that is one day ship to you, need it faster than that if its mon - fri u can drive there three hours to there and pick up

or in a pinch 631 wall vinyl works real well too

I gotta cast another vote in for the 631 did it on the walls of the store front and now wow, I get a good amount of calls on it and do a good amount of installs

dont weed it contact stahls and order the precut peweeded custom cad cuts they do...... it makes stuff like that so nice

Ive had many trades like that.... A few stayed around for a while till i found the right buyer but always came out on the better side and made more than if the customer just paid me to do the job

Yeah Ive gotten the sample before and I do a lot of work with reflective if you cant find anyone I can get it cut for you and ship it and you can apply it to the blank or ill just send the whole thing

Thats why I love the thumb drives..... I backup all my files once a month and put it on one of them....

Ive been doing this for five years now with a dba from the day I started and everything and gotta say that I agree the distributors should check on all that stuff and only sell to those that are a legit business not a 500 dollar start up with no dba or insurance or experience

i do this all season long in a concession trailer and i stopped making precut ones cause its so hard to tell what people want and i do all custom.... remember people will pay more at a show too

Yeah first option I would think of would be powder coating, second option would be enamel motor paint thats made for the heat but I am not too familiar with painting them
