  1. I was just teasing... I actually own a chevy truck, but have always loved Mustangs. I've been an owner of 5 , then I had kids. LOL They ask me why don't I get another one and I said maybe when I turn 60. LOL..again, nice work. I love your little man too. That's cool

  2. Sometimes when you vectorize something, it will put more than one line around the image. I find that Corel does that a lot. You can't even see it in wireframe. Just ungroup everything in your image, then drag each line to the side to see if you have more than 1 line there. If so, that's were your multiple cuts are coming from.

  3. I have always used the BS to do all of my prints. It worked great unless I had small items. Then the roll would catch on the corners of the vinyl and rip them off the backing. Also, if using the BS, the roll is constantly rubbing against the print when applying tape. After the tape is applied, in your mind, you are not sure if the roll scratched the print or not. I've never been able to use a tape roller because most of my designs are bigger than 24" and I was not able to find anything that would really support or accommodate larger rolls.....I absolutely love this new set-up!!! Now, I just lay my graphic down, pull the tape across, then use the BS to run across the tape in one motion and done. Thanks again dude for one of the best pieces of equipment in a sign shop.

  4. I think your pricing seems fair...... the problem is that a lot of schools usually get items at a real low price from the bigger sign shops. I would stick with your normal pricing as you would do anything else. If they continue to do business with you, then you may be able to offer a better pricing on more orders....... As you stated, you haven't even figured in the design / set-up time plus the potential of messing up a sign or banner and having to remake...... plus maybe driving / delivering to school, etc...... I do agree with jfought..... if you want to be competive, just call your local sign shop and see what their going rates are.

  5. I'm looking for some cool art of Aces and 8s. I have a friend that wants this design, but not just the real looking poker cards. He wants it to be really cool and stand out. Anybody know where I can find some cool stuff? Other than google images? Would like for it to be vector files if possible. Thanks
