    Importing image shuts down sb

I just downloaded a couple images that were eps and AI. When I tried to import them into signblazer the program shut down giving me some error message. I have vista and when I attempt to click on "help" is says html is not installed. I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but I wish sb came with some manuals or something. Please respond.

    24" copam cutting deep

blade is not sticking out much at all . Ken told me to leave it out about half the thickness of a credit card and it is out less than that. The cutting strip is not bowed up but it has some grooves in it.

    24" copam cutting deep

I changed the blade and I still have the problem with the paper liner tearing and sticking to the back of the vinyl. Its not the whole image, just some of the areas. please respond.
  5. I have 24" copam with signblazer. How do I cut a design that I made in adobe Illustrator and what format do I need to save it in? I have windows vista if it makes any difference. Please respond??
  6. I am having issues with the cutter maybe cutting too deep only on certain parts of the design. Overall it is cutting good but when I try to weed the waste the liner backing is tearing towards the top of design and on the edges also. Any Feedback??
  7. I just got my copam w/signblazer connected today and I am having issues with the cuts overlapping eachother and some of them are also incomplete. They are also scattered around and not the way I designed them. this is happening on my designs and the signblazer test design. Also the edges of the cuts are rough. Any Help?
