I just recently purchased an MH721-MK2 vinyl cutter and FlexiSIGN-Pro 8.1 and need some help getting the two to communicate. From all of the research I have done, I believe I have it setup right but I keep getting the "Cutter is not responding to poll size" message or the Poll Size button is completely grayed out. Can somebody walk me through the setup process to insure I indeed do have it right? Thanks
