    this is currently happening to me as well. and i cant seem to figure out what the problem is.. The sounds super annoying. is it the MOTHERBOARD? or does something need to be replaced?

    well i checked to see if the carriage was off track. but it seems to be on.. seems kinda weird..

    Hi, First thread... So Ive had my MH 721 for the past 2 years now. Had an old Roland camm, but died on me. some things could be replaced or fixed if anyone is interested in it. But my question on the MH is, when I turn it on, the plotter rumbles, the rollers jerks and then stops rolling. Theres a loud noise where it sounds like it wants to roll but it cant. The part (black square part where the needle holds) jerks as well and moves slightly and jerks as well. Basically when turned on, the whole thing just constantly JERKS. I can post a video up of what happens if that helps. But has anyone had this problem before. Its making business really slow. Please help me out here. I've tried researching online about this but cant find someone that has had this problem. For a faster response heres my number 909.267.8399 text preferred. Thanks. Eric
