when I cut text I am getting horizontal cuts that go through my whole project. I have had it happen with several different fonts. I have tried creating the text in another app then importing into flexi but the same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks, Jeff

well the thing i was cutting was comprisedof 2 different fonts and 1 letter from each of the fonts did it and it was repeatable.

I printed some stuff to be cut and 3 of the letters are open when they get cut, like the botton of the lower case t and the cut extends horizontally across the vinyl with both of the lower case t's and one lower case r in another font does the same thing but vertically. Is this a flaw with the fonts themselves???

I am new to vinyl cutters. I have my cutter setup and am running Flexi 8.6. My problem is that I have the blade barely showing and the cutter is still cutting right through the vinyl and the backing making a mess of the vinyl. I don't see any other way to adjust the cutting depth. Thanks!
