  1. Brand new 53" cutter. MH 1351, new in original packaging. I ordered 2, am only using 1 of them and dont have the need like i thought i would have. I has never been opened.

I am throwing in my Cars&Trucks vehicle outline package (2003), some invoicing software that I never used, and 4 or 5 cds of cut ready vector graphics FULL of stuff.

bought it on ebay for 449, sells on this site for 479 i believe. I am looking to get 440 out of it and i will ship it for free i guess. You get it all shipped to you for 440. Not a bad deal I think.

Email me at rodneyrml@gmail.com for more details or to arrange payment and shipping. Thanks!

  2. Hey, Im doing some shirts for my friend so I need somone to get me a quote on getting transfers done. The image is below. The final size will be 10"x13.5". Its going on a white cotton t-shirt. All the colors MUST be EXACT. For example, the coffee bean used as the "O" in Dog has to be two different browns. I think there are 9 different colors.

Need price to get 100 done.

Need price to get 250 done.

I have a quote from artbrands.com for $4.64 each for 100. $2.60 each for 250. These quotes were for HD screenprinted transfers. I will entertain the idea of other transfer types.

  3. I have an extra uscutter 1351 new in box because i really want to convert it to a flatbed cutter. I have found that while doing large graphics that exceed 4 yards in length the cutters just arent as graphic as this perfectionist would like. I have visions of converting my cutter to a flatbed cutter that can cut vinyl in any length and accuracy would be no problem at all because the vinyl never moves at all.

Am i crazy or is this an accomplishable task? I have an array collection of unique graphics that i have designed but unfortunately the accuracy of these cutters isnt quite where I want it to be. If i want to cut some custom pinstriping that is 15' in length, I cant do it because a stripe that is already 1/8" has no room for error.

I know there are some handyman types out there just like me that would entertain undertaking this task. All I need is suggestions and ideas and comments. People convert printers into flatbed DTG printers so this has to be doable.

Ideas, suggestions, comments! I just want feedback.

  4. does anyone have anymore input on this topic?

I have messed with a few different techniques, they all work but im just not satisfied with them. I am thinking about buying a large roll of static cling vinyl (preferably with a grid on it) and applying it to the vehicle and drawing on it with dry-erase markers or a grease pencil. Then removing the vinyl and taking a picture of it and importing it. The grid on the vinyl would help give you better accuracy while designing. The static cling vinyl can be reused, the markings can be erased.

Anyone have any ideas or comments on this technique?

  5. just to add my own little bit of info to this thread.....my computer did the same to me, i finally figured out that i can unplug my usb all i want and it wont affect my cutter until someone (my wife) plugs something else into that port (her Ipod)...that seems to change the settings of the usb port to the ipod...

I now have a sticker saying "do not unplug this EVER" on that port

  6. just wondering if there is a way to get sign blazer to recognize a "starting point" of each thing that needs to be cut out. I have a very large and intricate design and it seems like when I cut it out my cutter always gets sent somewhere FURTHEST from origin to start the design, or it will cut something and go all the way to the other side of the design to cut something else, then come back to where it just was to cut another object. Because the design is so large, the more the vinyl gets moved, the worse the accuracy. Just wondering if there is a trick to setting up the design to cut things in order.

    Any ideas?

  7. yes they are expensive. but all of the shops around here that are big enough have got them and they use them over screenprinting 75% of the time. its an awesome machine to own and with a creative mind behind it, it could be a very profitable machine. I just dont have the time because I have too many creative ideas in other areas and cant give this machine the time it deserves.

  8. Bought the anajet with a dream that I would have time to learn it, use it, and keep it maintained. I wasnt successfull at that so its for sale. I will post pictures later but I wanted to see if there was an interest in it. I need 11k (or close) to pay off the loan for it. Its been upgraded to the second generation printhead which is the one their new SPRINT model has, and all you need is a software upgrade and it will operate as fast as and efficient as the new Sprint Model. All the lines and dampers are brand new and it comes with an additional set of new lines and dampers. I have around 10-15 new black long sleeved shirts that Im throwing in the deal. Also included are 20 black shirts, 10 white shirts that have screen print design on one side that can be used to test print things on instead of wasting a new shirt.

Heres a list of the goodies:

-New set of ink lines and dampers (never used)

-Spare set of ink lines and dampers (never used)

    -15ish long sleeved black shirts

-10 white & 20 black shirts for test prints

-New 2nd generation Printhead (same as sprint model)

-set of CYMK ink (60-80% full)

-new 8oz bottle of magenta ink for the bulk ink cartridges.

-set of 8 bulk ink cartridges for the anajet (cmyk never used...saves on ink cost because you can buy your own ink and fill these cartridges)

-about 20oz-25 oz of white ink for the bulk ink cartridges.

-set of 4 cleaning cartridges (full)

-bottle of black shirt pretreat (used on one shirt...so its full)

    -2 platens

-a thermometer/hygrometer for testing temperature and humidity

-EK Print Studio and all other originally included software.

-Product is still under warranty and works like a charm.

if i think of anything else I will post it. All reasonable offers will be considered. I dont want to list it on ebay because of the fees...i figure i can accept a lower offer and give someone a better deal if i dont have to pay ebay fees.

Printer ships from 34442, FL...will come in original box and shipping material. all user manuals will be included.

    Dig it.
