translucent vinyl is what you need to use and nothing else.

You should look around a little bit. We get coros printing on flatbed 10 signs sided for $60 shipped... 50 for the signs and 10 for shipping

Just send them to got print uv coated 2 side full color 5,000 for $35

Not trying to knock your post but I dont pay that much for them from supplier.

I would either do a low res with a nice water mark that say "To order this design call:xxx-xxx" If she wants to buy the design from you and then give it out i really dont think you can stop her. You say that your selling the design also.So does that mean that your selling something that you created for another customer? That does not sound to good to me. But I dont know all the parts to the deal you have or what it all is.

remember your going to have to pick out all the vinyl from the distressed look so be careful it could be a nightmare..

Looks great... Only thing i see is at the bottom of the magnet it does not look like it is cut straight. may just be the pic.

You should really try gotprint.com. We do around 15-20 sets a month threw them with GREAT quality and I always get them in 3 days after I order. Very thick,glossy etc. and the are $17 shipped for 1000 and $35 shipped for 5000. You can request free sample pack from them and see the quality. Not trying to knock anyone here but just seems crazy to pay double..

What I would tell you to do is not go by what someone on here would charge because most if not all are not in your area. I would act like a customer myself and call or go to sign shops around you and see what kinda quotes you get for it. Then you can see where you should be. Theres nothing wrong with beating a competitor but it is bad if your a 1/4 of what they are. then your just leaving to much profit. You HAVE TO treat it like a business.

Just remember, just because your overhead is low since your working from home does not mean your product its not worth the same a someone that has a shop. You need to make money to pay for everything and to upgrade right? Would you like to have a shop someday? Charge what is right for the item not to break even. Think about your post that you talked about ( for 42x3" the cost of vinyl + app tape is around 55-60
