As I said I'm new to this so what exactly are we talking I need to be doing to get it to work?

I keep getting an error when I try to view the .eps file from the forum in Inkscape, says unable to load then gives file location on my PC. any thoughts?

I'm trying to clean this up so I can cut it out but I just can't get it to work(I'm new to this) Any tips or help would be great.

Mostly I'm wanting to learn to do 2 layer wording. Say blue font with white outline nothing too intricate. Where do you order the full printed sheets from?

I picked up a MH-871 and have been learning to use it mostly for hobby purposes. I'm been having no problems with single color but now I want to get into multy color and things are getting crazy lol with trying to figure things out but I have learned a lot here so far so hopefully I will be doing 2-3 color sooner than later. The cutter actually never worked. Was purchased in Sept of 2011. My town was hit by historic flood around the sametime. My house wasn't flooded but important people around me and my work was flooded severly so I spent most of my time recovering at work and helping the people around me. Things are back to normal and have time to play with it again. Called tech a few weeks ago, sent me a new motherboard because the carriage was not moving properly. New motherboard didn't help and was not the same model number as the original motherboard from the cutter. So called them again last week and they sent me a new one and again sent the wrong model board. Called them again this week and had to upload a picture of the original motherboard so they can make sure they send me the correct one and have yet to hear back from the open ticket.

That's what I have been doing. Ticket is already opened just wanted to get input here so I don't have to keep waiting on tech.

I just grabbed something offline quick and that's the first thing I thought of. I know about about the copyright. Tried with weeding lines off already. Stand is grounded but I just scrapped away paint and sanded the areas where I was grounding it to try to get a better connection. Tried Signcut, same result. I will mention as well that this is a new motherboard

As the titles says my 871 won't finish cut. I am using Windows 7 SignBlazer and USB. I have also tried Windows XP Signblazer and Serial port with the same results. I included a video. Any ideas why this is happening. It can't be the memory because it's the simplest of vectors to cutout.

I'm calling them tomorrow. Thought I would start here since they are closed today.

So I have an update. My brother in law is here with his laptoip running XP using SignBlazer as well. He can get communication with the cutter but hitting cutter-cut tile and then the blade drops just as it does for me. But then he hits Maz Position and then home position the cut tile and it starts to cutout. Problem with that is it won't complete the cut for example we did the work ROCK and only this cut RO K it skipped the C and also it is not lifting the cutter blade as it making the cuts so its cutting all the tracking lines as well.
